- POST SSS (SENIOR
SECONDARY SCHOOL)
Candidates must obtain passes in core English, core Mathematics
and Integrated Science. Candidates must also have passes in three
(3) elective subjects under Accounting / Secretarial option subjects,
i.e. Accounting, Introduction to Business Management, Clerical Office
Duties, Business Mathematics and Principles of Costing, Economics
and Elective Mathematics.
OR
Candidates must obtain passes in core English, core Mathematics
and Integrated Science. In addition, candidates must have passes
in three (3) subjects including two (2) of the following: Economics,
Government, History, Geography, Elective Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry,
and Biology.
- ADVANCED LEVEL
APPLICANTS
Candidates must obtain GCE Ordinary Level in at least five (5) subjects
with credit passes in English Language and Mathematics and at least
three (3) passes at the Advanced Level, two (2) of which must be
grades not lower than 'D' and must be in Economics, Mathematics,
Geography, History, Government, Accounting, Business Management,
Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, and Biology
OR
Advanced Business Certificate Examination (Formerly RSA III) or
(Ghana Commercial Exam) with at least three (3) credit passes in
Financial Accounting, Economics, Costing, Business Law, Business
Communication, Office Practice and Administration, Business Finance
(Commerce / Finance) and Business Mathematics.
- PROFESSIONAL
APPLICANTS
Candidates with a minimum pass of Part I of a Professional Accountancy
qualification may be considered for admission, e.g. Institute of
Chartered Accountants - Ghana, Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants, Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants,
Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- MATURE STUDENTS
Applicants should be 30 years of age and above. Candidates will
be required to write and pass an entrance examination in English
and Mathematics and an interview.
